COVID-19 continues to evolve across the country and the well-being of our residents, and our team members continues to be our top priority. Health officials and the government have restricted business operations, and in order to follow this guidance, we want to share some of the operational changes we have implemented that may affect you.
We continue to focus on sanitizing frequently used spaces throughout the community.
For the health and safety of our employees and guests, we require all individuals in the building to wear face coverings. Guests under 12 years of age should only wear a face covering with adult supervision. Remember to wash your hands before and after wearing a face covering.
Prior to receiving service, one of our team members will be asking you if you are exhibiting the following symptoms:

Access to Leasing Office
Our leasing office will be opening its doors to the public during Phase 2 of Washington State’s Re-Opening Plan by appointment only.
Walk-ins will be available starting during Phase 3 of Washington State’s Re-Opening Plan; however, the number of people in our spaces will be based on limited occupancy to maintain social distancing.
We strongly encourage all residents, prospective residents, and guests to utilize digital means to contact us including phone, email, the resident portal, or video chat to help us meet our occupancy guidelines and to continue business continuity.
We are available for LIVE video tours through Facetime or Zoom!
Starting June 15th you will be able to self-schedule on our website for a virtual tour with one of our friendly leasing professionals from the comfort of your home, or you can visit our Photo Gallery to browse the many pictures of our community at your own pace.
Once we are in Phase 3, you will then be able to schedule an in-person tour; however, we still strongly recommend virtual connections whenever possible, so we can continue to work to meet our occupancy guidelines.
When we can reopen our amenities, there will be reduced occupancy and guidelines in place to help with social distancing and the governor’s orders. Signs will be posted at each amenity with the reduced occupancy requirements, and our teams will communicate to you once they are available to use. Additionally, we will be rolling out a new program called Amenity Boss, for HNN communities with more than 75 apartment homes, where you can sign up for a timeframe to use the amenity when it is opened based on new occupancy requirements.
Our resident’s safety is our top priority. Non-emergency service requests will resume on June 15th. Please be patient with our team as they will have a back log of requests to complete and we will ensure they are completed in the order they were received.
While we recognize these measures may pose a temporary inconvenience, we believe they are the right steps to take to help preserve the welfare of our community and our team. We want to thank our wonderful residents for their patience during this time. Our team is working hard on safety and preventative measures to help keep you and our team safe!
