We haven't started living here yet, just got the keys today. My review is based on the excellent customer service we have had during the application process and all other times we have been in the office or talked to someone. Everyone has been so helpful and nice. We are so excited to move in and start enjoying our new place to live... it was also a nice surprise to walk in to a welcome basket. Thank you all for being so rad to us.

The office staff was replaced a few months back, and everyone is extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. When I have a maintenance request, it is fixed within 24-48 hours of my submitting a request, which I can conveniently do online now. And the facility is kept nice and clean. I know I have seen negative reviews, and other than parking (which you'll have in any apartment), I can't figure out why. My family and I have been very happy here.
